Shipping and delivery
Bytelove ships to EU, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland, with a flat shipping rate of 6€ on all orders. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days and arrive up to one week later, depending on your location and that our transport company DHL does not have any problems.

Delivery times:
- Europe, Switzerland and Norway: 5 working days + 2-6 days (depending on location)
- Australia: 5 working days + 4-7 days
- USA: 5 working days + 3-7 days
- Canada: 5 working days + 3-7 days
- New Zealand: 5 working days + 6-7 days

If you're not living in the EU, please check with your local customs authority about what charges that might apply when purchasing goods from the EU. It's your responsibility to pay eventual customs and taxes on import from the EU.
